About the practice
A co-ordinated team for recovery, rehabilitation and dignified care.
Overview and philosophy
Structured, interdisciplinary rehabilitation
We provide structured Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) rehabilitation for patients following surgery or acute medical illness, working closely as a co-ordinated IDT to support recovery and reintegration into the community. Our approach integrates input from our medical team, therapy teams, and nursing to restore strength, mobility, and functional independence, while carefully managing ongoing medical needs.
We prioritise patient-centred care, with a focus on goal-directed rehabilitation, safety, and continuity across the care pathway. By maintaining alignment with current international best practice, we ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. We aim to deliver consistent, holistic care that enables patients to return to their homes and communities with confidence.

Connection to Faircape Health Institute
We form part of Faircape Health Institute and aim to ensure a high standard of care across all services. Our team oversees the clinical management and co-ordination of care for all sub-acute patients, ensuring each individual receives consistent, well-structured, and patient-centred treatment.
Through this close collaboration, we maintain continuity of care, uphold best practice standards, and support optimal recovery outcomes within the sub-acute environment.
Facilities / Equipment
Advanced, precision-based care
We offer advanced, precision-based care through ultrasound-guided interventions, including Botox therapy for the management of spasticity. In addition, we utilise ultrasound technology to perform accurate assessments of post-void residual bladder volume, supporting optimal urological management and patient comfort.
Our commitment to incorporating cutting-edge techniques ensures safe, effective, and patient-focused treatment outcomes.
