  • Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) rehabilitation following surgical and acute medical admissions.
  • Care for specialised medical requirements including post-surgical, oncological, medical, neurological, spinal cord injury, and other complex pathologies.
  • In addition to our residential care services, we offer Botox treatment for patients with spasticity (e.g., CVA and spinal cord injuries). This therapy helps reduce muscle stiffness and discomfort, improving mobility and overall quality of life under professional medical supervision.
  • Chronic disease management.
  • Evidence-based pain management, including the management of chronic pain.
  • Ongoing medical oversight and optimisation during rehabilitation.
  • Discharge planning and coordination, including completion of placement documentation and facilitation of appropriate step-down or long-term care.
